"My wife wrote you initially. We had a very strong odor (dog urine), and I was convinced that we would have to replace the carpet as well as the ply-wood beneath. In a last ditch effort we searched the internet and found your web-site. I ordered the product and received it quickly. I really didn't have much faith anything would work (I have bought several products from pet stores and Sam's Club over the years). It really worked! It has been several months now and the odor hasn't come back. Since then we have used ZorbX on a variety of other odors and the product always performs. The Odoban that I bought at Sam's Club states on the label that "will make 32 gallons". I am going to throw it out, it doesn't "eliminate" the odor it just compounds it. Sam's would really benefit from selling ZorbX. I rarely praise a product unless it substantially outperforms anything available. Your product falls in that category. I will be ordering more soon, as well as recommending it to my co-workers. You have literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars."
